Pricing questions
The one-time setup fee covers your station site build, DNS configuration, initial branding, and a guided onboarding session to get your DJs connected. Pro and Studio tiers include listener app submission to the App Store and Google Play.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference in setup and monthly fees. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
DJs on your station get their own MakingWaves accounts at a discounted rate (currently 20% off the standard DJ subscription). They pay for their own DJ tools subscription — your station fee covers the station-level features (site, apps, scheduling, admin).
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. The setup fee is non-refundable once your station site goes live, but the monthly subscription can be paused or cancelled with 30 days notice.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Setup fees can be paid by invoice for Studio tier customers.
